Little did I know how difficult the buyers, their lender, and their attorney were going to be throughout the home buying process, yet Rob was advising me every step of the way. From the very beginning he was upfront with what I should expect from the selling process, closing costs, time frame, market value, etc.. Rob was always available by phone call, text, or email. For some perspective, he sold my home in a week, but it took almost 3 months for the buyers to get their act together and finally close. I was extremely frustrated and towards the end I was ready to scrap the whole deal... Through it all Rob offered ongoing sound advice with every change of direction the buyers seemed to take, but made it very clear that he was onboard with whatever decision I wanted to make. He was excellent at "reading the terrain" and would let me know what was probably going to happen and then would layout the best option for us to take so there were no surprises. I knew what was happening or going to happen throughout the entire process. Rob's professionalism was incredible. Out of the many things he did for me (selling my house for full price in a week was pretty amazing) it was his honesty, character, and professional fortitude that impressed me the most. He's a born closer that went an extra 350 miles for me. Needless to say I would highly recommend Rob to guide you through your house selling experience.

Rob seemed like he was available 24/7 by phone, email or text to make sure the selling of our house was a smooth process. Rob also assisted us in the purchase of our new home. This process happened while the both of us were away from home during the holiday weekend. Rob did not let his or our vacation get in the way of purchasing our new home. We were selling ours and buying a new one at the same time. He came in and was very helpful with letting us know what was on the market currently and what should be done to our house to help with selling it. (Needed to paint and a few other minor things). He got everything that needed to be done very quickly to make sure it went up on the market. I'm VERY HAPPY to say he sold our house in 5 days after it went live!! He was amazing with making sure everything got out there and advertising our house. We love him and especially the fact that he sold our house in 5 days!!!

Rob took researching the market, answering questions and serving the customer to a whole new level. For example, when sharing information on comparable properties for determining a selling price, past agents would hand me a bunch of black & white MLS sheets and discuss price. Rob took the time to not only do this but arrange visits to the other properties. This really helped greatly with putting a visual to determining a sale price. Also, Rob was extremely prompt in getting back to me with answers to my questions or concerns. Bottom line, he's a great communicator, understood the market and helped ease the anxiety that accompanies selling and buying a home. I will definitely call Rob and Baird & Warner the next time I'm in the market for a new home.
